The Ballard story
Digital Max grew out of Ballard Computer Solutions — the family technology business we've run in Palm Beach County since 1999. For years we helped local businesses fix, build, and modernize their tech. The same owners kept asking the same question: "How do I get more calls?"
So in 2014 we formed Digital Max to answer it — bringing decades of hands-on technical experience to one mission: get local businesses found, called, and booked.
Our philosophy
The trades taught us how local marketing really works: when the AC dies or a pipe bursts, the customer calls whoever answers first. Capturing that high-intent, immediate-need search — and never missing the call — is the hardest version of the problem. We built our system to win it. Then we apply that same rigorous system to every local business we help, from dental practices to real estate.
